Mr. Atharva Belsare

Project Coordination, Sales & Legal

An alumnus of the University of Bath with an MEng (Hons.) in Civil and Architectural Engineering, Mr. Atharva Belsare brings a global perspective to the firm.
His background includes working with London’s Elliott Wood Partnership on landmark projects like The Ritz and The OWO – Raffles Hotel.
At Gayatri Properties, he bridges his technical design roots with project coordination, sales strategy, and legal oversight.

Dr. Atul Dadhe

Head – Business Relations & New Business Development

Dr. Atul Dadhe is a 35-year corporate veteran and academic topper from Pune University.
With a career spanning senior roles in government entrepreneurship development and pioneering US Healthcare ITeS projects in India, he brings immense leadership depth.
He currently oversees human resources, society management, and PMC division execution.
